Parish Survey

Your answers to this questionnaire are vital to the Search Committee in enabling it to compile a thorough and accurate parish profile. To that end, your answers will be kept completely confidential, and to ensure confidentiality, you are not asked to put your name anywhere on this questionnaire. If there are any questions you do not feel comfortable answering, you may leave them blank.

Please note that many questions allow extra space for comments, and the end of the questionnaire has a few open-ended questions where you can provide comments related to the search for a new rector and the work and witness of All Saints Church. The Search Committee may use some of these comments from parishioners to illustrate points in the narrative of the parish profile. However, such quotations will be unattributed, and even the committee will not know the source.

Prayer for the Selection of a New Rector

Almighty God, giver of every good gift: Look graciously on your Church, and so guide the minds of those who shall choose a rector for this parish, that we may receive a faithful pastor, who will care for your people and equip us for our ministries; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
